This place had everything I needed in my guest room, like a safe, a small refrigerator, and coffee.

The hotel is cool and comfortable with pleasant staff at the reception desk. Everything is brand new. The venue is in a marvelous location close to the nearest metro station, Saladanha. it is conveniently located near tourist attractions, the airport, and many neighborhood restaurants.

The breakfast was wonderful with freshly pressed orange juice, fresh fruits and scrambled eggs which is usually a rare find, exactly what we required. the private parking was on the street, excellent service.

The staff here were efficient and gentle, the rooms were reasonably large with a spacious bathroom, and the services provided were terrific, making it feel like home.

Huge & impeccably clean hotel, exceptional service, quiet and unbeatable location near is supermarket. Compact new-fashioned rooms, fairly clean bathroom, satisfactory breakfast. Location near the main city centre, a 15 euro taxi fare from Lisbon airport, and the metro that arrives from the airport. For tea or coffee visit Padaria do Bairro nearby.

The hotel was peaceful and excellent value. The staff were gentle. I greatly enjoyed the magnificent location adjacent to many neighborhood restaurants, 2 metro stations, and shops, cafes, and public transport. The room was a decent size and functional, and wake-up service was available. The morning meal was enjoyable with pastries and freshly pressed orange juice.

very rude staff at the reception during week-end: they started to shout at us when we couldn't understand Portuguese.

the staff was very nice and friendly. the location is good, 5 minutes from an important bus/metro station. the breakfast is poor but its ok for the price we paid.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. With affordable prices and attention to detail, it's a great choice. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure your stay is comfortable. Despite not having a lot of amenities, the quiet space and clean rooms make up for it. Also, the hotel provides all-day complementary refreshments, which is a nice touch. The location is decent, with many neighborhood restaurants nearby.
